Privacy policy

Reprise is a photo recreation app from Ground Tech Solutions Limited. This policy covers the current mobile app and these support pages. Last updated 4 October 2026.

Photos and projects

Reprise stores the reference photos you choose, photos you capture or import, project and album names, dates and alignment settings locally on your device. Reprise does not send this content to Ground Tech Solutions Limited or operate a cloud photo-storage service. No account is required.

Permissions

Reprise uses the camera when you choose to take a photo. The system photo picker lets you select images for a project. You can change camera and photo permissions in your device settings. Declining a permission may prevent the associated feature from working.

Sharing

When you choose Share, Reprise creates an image or animated comparison video and passes it to your device’s share sheet. The destination you select receives that image or video and handles it under its own practices. Reprise does not automatically publish your photos. Temporary exported files may remain in the app cache; the app attempts to remove exports older than 24 hours the next time you export, and the operating system may clear cached files sooner.

Analytics and advertising

This version does not include advertising, tracking or an analytics service, and does not require payment information. Apple and Google may separately process store transactions, diagnostics or device data under their own settings and policies.

Keeping and deleting data

Your saved projects remain on your device until you delete them or the device removes app data. Deleting a project removes its saved content from Reprise. Copies you previously exported, shared or included in a device backup are separate and must be managed there. Device backups are controlled by the operating system and your settings; Reprise does not provide its own backup or synchronisation service.

Contact us at info@basecheck.co.nz. If you choose to send a support email, the publisher receives the information you include and uses it to respond. Do not send photos that are unnecessary for your question.

Support website

These support pages are hosted at basecheck.co.nz but are separate from the BaseCheck product. The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the pages. Existing site infrastructure may set regional cookies. These pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising or a photo upload form.

Changes

If a later version changes how Reprise handles data, we will update this policy and the store privacy disclosures before releasing that version.
